Teen woman dies hours soon after leaving university early with flu
A California teen woman reportedly died hours soon after leaving university early for the reason that she was unwell with the flu.
Gabriella Chabot, 14, returned to lessons at La Reina Substantial University in Thousand Oaks soon after a two-week bout with the illness, news station KNBC reported.
While she appeared to be on the mend, the teen still left university early on Thursday and was rushed to the healthcare facility in which she later died, in accordance to the news station.
Chabot’s household reported she died from difficulties similar to the flu.
The higher university college student would have celebrated her 15th birthday on Friday.
Her father, Michael Chabot, mourned her loss of life Thursday in a tribute on social media.
“Today I professional the working day that no mum or dad should really,” he wrote on Fb. “I misplaced my daughter… my angel Gabriella Chabot. We are heartbroken.”
