Teenager sentenced in carjacking loss of life of Pound Ridge person
A teen has been sentenced to 30 years in jail for his position in the carjacking loss of life of a person from Pound Ridge.
Police say in 2017, Richard Donaldson, together with two many others, robbed 72-12 months-aged Kenneth Spalter and his wife in their son-in-law’s vehicle in Missouri.
Authorities say a further person fatally shot Spalter when he resisted. Spalter was in Missouri to see his newborn grandchild.
Donaldson pleaded responsible in August to second-degree murder, robbery and other prices.
