An arrest was manufactured Thursday evening in relationship with the loss of life of a Broomfield teen uncovered useless in a wooded place of Adams County on Dec. 29.
Joseph Michael Lopez, 22, is being held in the loss of life of 19-yr-previous Natalie Bollinger, in accordance to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office environment.
Bollinger was described lacking Dec. 28, and her body was uncovered the subsequent early morning in the 11600 block of Riverdale Highway at the edge of Thornton. A passer-by uncovered her body in a wooded place off the road.
An autopsy report from the Adams and Broomfield county coroner released Feb. 1 showed Bollinger died from a gunshot wound to the head. The coroner’s report, signed by Dr. Stephen Cina, also noted “a likely lethal level of heroin in the blood at the time of loss of life.”
In early January, Shawn Schwartz, 42, was identified as a “person of interest” in the situation. He was arrested on an unrelated demand, resisting arrest and assaulting a peace officer, in Boulder.
Aspects on in which Lopez was arrested, or how he arrived to be a suspect, were being not released.
