New Jersey teenager faces manslaughter charge in boy’s taking pictures demise
EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, N.J. >> A 17-12 months-previous boy accused of taking pictures a further juvenile at a southern New Jersey dwelling has been billed with aggravated manslaughter.
Atlantic County prosecutors say the teenager also faces weapons prices stemming from Friday night’s taking pictures in Egg Harbor Township. He remained in custody Sunday at a youth detention facility, and his identify has not been launched.
Authorities say another person referred to as law enforcement around 6:20 p.m. and mentioned a little one had fallen down the stairs at the dwelling. But through the 911 connect with, a further individual bought on the cellphone and mentioned a taking pictures had transpired.
The target was discovered only as a 16-12 months-previous boy. His demise was ruled a murder immediately after an autopsy identified he died from a gunshot wound to the head.
A motive for the taking pictures stays less than investigation.
