16-year-old billed in loss of life of one more teen | Jacksonville Information, Sports activities and Amusement
BRUNSWICK, GA. | A 16-year-old boy has been billed with involuntary manslaughter in the Saturday morning taking pictures loss of life of one more teen, police reported.
Glynn County police officers and unexpected emergency personnel responding to 123 North Conclusion Drive in close proximity to Brunswick about 11:15 a.m. observed James Wooten, a 19-year-old resident of the home, with a gunshot wound, Glynn County police Sgt. Brian Scott reported.
Wooten was transported by ambulance to Southeast Georgia Wellness System’s Brunswick hospital then transferred by helicopter to UF Wellness Jacksonville where he died of his injuries, Scott reported.
Right after an investigation, a 16-year-old Glynn County resident was arrested in Wooten’s loss of life on prices of involuntary manslaughter, tampering with evidence and theft by taking of a firearm, Scott reported.
